Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., March, 2009 – The Spencer Institute for Life Coaching introduces its latest life coach specialization; the Stress Management Coach is a holistic approach to stress reduction.

Managing stress is becoming more important in our increasingly busy lifestyles. Spencer Institute’s Stress Management Coach program is designed to teach students safe and effective methods to reducing stress including positive self-talk, goal setting, and relaxation methods.

The Stress Management program is recommended for health and wellness professionals wishing to expand their knowledge in order to help others who are looking specifically to reduce stress. This program can also be taken by the individual for personal development. This program can teach the individual methods of stress reduction as an alternative to therapy or taking potentially harmful pharmaceuticals.

The estimated time for course completion is three to four weeks. There is a comprehensive exam in multiple-choice format that must be completed at home and then mailed to the Spencer Institute offices. Once the exam is completed successfully, the Stress Management Coach certification is awarded.
