JUSTIFICACION: Las instituciones de educación superior por su propia naturaleza y por norma deben asumir la investigación tanto formativa como específica como vértebra de sus currículos. Esto es mucho más imperativo en los programas de tecnología y mucho más en aquellas instituciones que en su PEI asumieron la investigación como línea transversal de la malla curricular.
El paso inicial que da el Departamento de Investigaciones en esta nueva fase y con la prospectiva de convertirse en un futuro en Centro Tecnológico de Investigación e Innovación es el de iniciar un SEMINARIO PERMANENTE en cuya primera fase (2009 SEM. II) se asimilan los elementos del APRENDIZAJE BASADO EN PROBLEMAS – ABP, ya que el problema, su proyecto de investigación para la solución, la innovación y el desarrollo es la constante de los procesos de enseñanza – aprendizaje.

PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING

Problem-based learning (PBL) is a student-centered instructional strategy in which students collaboratively solve problems and reflect on their experiences. It was pioneered and used extensively at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The Materials department at Queen Mary, University of London was the first Materials department in the UK to introduce PBL.[1] Characteristics of PBL are:
• Learning is driven by challenging, open-ended problems.
• Students work in small collaborative groups.
• Teachers take on the role as "facilitators" of learning.
Accordingly, students are encouraged to take responsibility for their group and organize and direct the learning process with support from a tutor or instructor. Advocates of PBL claim it can be used to enhance content knowledge and foster the development of communication, problem-solving, and self-directed learning skill. (WIKI)




OBJETIVO:

Impulsar en el grupo de estudiantes, docentes y directivos de COREDUCACION la cultura de la investigación mediante el APRENDIZAJE BASADO EN PROBLEMAS – ABP, en la sintaxis, el diseño, las bases empíricas y teóricas, la implementación y la evaluación a fin de que se conviertan en factores multiplicadores en sus correspondientes actividades como estudiantes, docentes y administrativos.

METODOLOGÍA:

Herramientas: Taller. Orientación, 2 Lectura y Guía de taller para cada sesión. 3 Video Beam: 4 Plataforma virtual.
Elaboración Trabajo final de aplicación a una asignatura en su campo específico.

TEMÁTICA

SESION 1 – 09 – 10 – 29 – Jueves.
Horario 8 a 9.30 P. M.

(1) Taller Introductorio: LA FRUTA Y LA SEMILLA.
(2) Sinopsis del Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas ABP.
(3) Apoyo teórico y empírico del Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas ABP.
(4) Aplicación del ABP a Centros tecnológicos de Investigación, Innovación y Desarrollo.

SESION – 2 – 09 – 11 – 14
Horario Sábado 9.00 a 10.30 A, M.

(1) Taller Introductorio: EL CULTIVO
(2) Planeación y conducción del Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas ABP.
(3) Manejo del ambiente de aprendizaje.
(4) Aplicación del ABP a Centros tecnológicos de Investigación, Innovación y Desarrollo.

SESION 3 – 09 – 11 – 27
Horario Viernes 8.00 a 9.30 P. M.

(1) Taller introductorio: EL ARBOL
(2) Valoración y evaluación del Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas ABP.
(3) Grupo, Proyecto e innovación en el Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas ABP.
(4) Aplicación del ABP a Centros tecnológicos de Investigación, Innovación y Desarrollo.

UN GRITO DE DOLOR, DE HORROR, DE REPUDIO A LA MASACRE DE LOS NIÑOS PALESTINOS EN GAZA. UNA VOZ DE SOLIDARIDAD POR LOS NIÑOS HERIDOS, MUTILADOS, POR LOS NIÑOS QUE HAN PERDIDO A SU PADRES Y FAMILIARES; POR LOS NIÑOS QUE SUFREN EL TERROR DE LA INVASIÓN Y LA GUERRA.
NO HAY NINGÚN ARGUMENTO NI MILITAR, NI POLÍTICO, NI RELIGIOSO VALIDO, PARA ESTAS MUERTES Y DESGRACIAS DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE CAUSADAS.
NINGÚN GOBIERNO PUEDE RECLAMAR UNA VICTORIA CUANDO DE POR MEDIO SE HA LLEVADO LAS VIDAS DE TANTOS NIÑOS. POR EL CONTRARIO RECIBIRÁN DE LA HISTORIA LA AFRENTA POR ESTE HERODIANO HOLOCAUSTO.
CORTAR LAS FLORES DE LA VIDA O ENVENENAR SU CORAZON CON EL ODIO, ES TRUNCAR LA ESPERANZA DEL MUNDO POR UNA VIDA MEJOR, UNA SOCIEDAD JUSTA, UNA PAZ Y FELICIDAD DURADEDAS.
NUESTRO COMPROMISO COMO PERSONAS MAYORS ES BRINDAR A NUESTROS NIÑOS EL AMOR, LA TERNURA, LA EDUCACIÓN, LA FORMACIÓN, EL APOYO PARA QUE PUEDAN VIVIR EN EL PRESENTE Y EN EL FUTURO UNA VIDA DE PAZ Y PROSPERIDAD.
TODOS LOS NIÑOS DEL MUNDO SIN DISTINGO DE RAZA, DE GÉNERO, DE CULTURA, DE RELIGIÓN, DE NACIONALIDAD, SON NUESTROS HIJOS, NUESTROS NIETOS, NUESTROS HERMANOS MENORES. SEAMOS SOLIDARIOS EN SUS SUFRIMIENTOS Y PROTESTEMOS POR TODOS LOS MEDIOS A NUESTRO ALCANCE, ESTAS MASACRES Y TORTURAS SIN DISTINGO DE RAZA, DE GENERO, DE CULTURA, DE RELIGIÓN, DE NACIONALIDAD.
MIENTRAS NUESTROS NIÑOS SEAN MASACRADOS POR LAS GUERRAS, SEAN HERIDOS, MUTILADOS, ATORMENTADOS, SECUESTRADOS O PADEZCAN HAMBRE Y ORFANDAD POR PARTE DE LA SOCIEDAD, EL MUNDO SEGUIRA SIENDO PEOR DE LO QUE HOY ES, ENVUENTO EN EL ODIO, EN LA AMBICIÓN, EN LA INCOMPRENSIÓN, EN LA ANGUSTIA, EN LA INJUSTICIA Y EN LA MISERIA.
