Monday, October 20, 2008 – Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – After two successful seasons on the Healthy Living Channel, the popular fitness and lifestyle talk show, The OC Body, hosted by fitness and healthy living expert, Dr. John Spencer Ellis, is available as a free download at http://www.TheOCBody.com. Viewers can enjoy a variety of topics ranging from personal fitness, organic foods, life coaching, back care, healthy cooking, and workout tips.

“When I decided to produce and host The OC Body, I wanted to make a TV show that would change lives while entertaining people as they become educated,” says Ellis. “When I began as a personal trainer way back in 1988, my goal was the same as it is today. I want to help people become healthy while exploring the limits of human potential. I think we all too often meander through live in a state of mediocrity, and then wonder why we’re not more fulfilled. This always puzzled me and I want to do something about it,” adds Ellis. John was born, raised, and today still lives in Orange County “The OC” where he continues to help people get in shape both locally and globally through numerous programs, products and services.

The OC Body appears to be a fun, fast and downloadable way to help you attain your personal fitness and wellness goals. Each downloadable show is offered in a Quicktime video format and loads quickly.
